The following items must be submitted for your application to be evaluated:

• McNair Scholars Program Application with financial information
• Copy of Financial Aid Form (FAFSA or SAR)
• Unofficial Transcript(s) from all colleges and universities attended
• Typed response to three questions
• Two letters of recommendation

Please read all application directions thoroughly.
Only students whose applications are complete and have adhered to the directions given will be considered for participation in the UCSB McNair Scholars Program.
